I’m Tristrum Bolton, a fitness and strength coach with over 20 years of personal experience in the fitness world and 4+ years of professional coaching. My journey has been shaped by overcoming a wide range of health challenges — including high blood pressure, atherosclerosis, liver disease, gout, chronic fatigue syndrome, food intolerances, sciatica from lumbar scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, and shoulder impingement. With a strong family history of type 2 diabetes, I was also highly susceptible to metabolic disease, but through structured training, nutritional discipline, and holistic health management, I’ve reversed those issues. Today, I maintain low body fat levels, compete in athletics, and coach others to reclaim their health and strength.

I specialise in programming for Strength combining functional testing, postural analysis, and nutritional consultancy to create bespoke, results-driven programs.
